Being a Head-Organiser of an event is one of the key roles within EYP, offering a multitude of learning opportunities and practical experiences!

Join the Members Weekend 2023 as a Trainee

We are excited to announce that this year’s Members Weekend is now looking for trainees! EYP Austria’s Members Weekend 2023 will be our most important training event of the academic year, bringing together members from all generations for a weekend of training and socialising. 

Location: Herzogenburg in Lower Austria (roughly 1 hour from Vienna by train) 

Dates: 16 to 18 June 2023 

Head-Organiser: Florian Huber 

Head-Trainer: Vedad Misirlić

You can now register to join this event as a Trainee! Trainees are typically people who have participated in a session as a delegate and would like to learn more about EYP and maybe even prepare to take the step towards becoming an Official for example a Chairperson, Media Team Member or Organiser.

We are happy to hereby open our Call for one or two motivated individuals to head-organise EYP Austria’s Members Weekend 2023!

EYP Austria’s Members Weekend 2023 will be our most important training event of the academic year, bringing together members from all generations for a weekend of training and socialising – and we are looking for one or two Head-Organisers to take charge of putting together an unforgettable weekend for our members. 

Head-Organising an event is a challenging, demanding and incredibly rewarding task. It gives you the chance to give an event your own personal note by shaping it from the very beginning. Tasks of future Head-Organisers include fundraising money for the event to take place, finding and booking venues, publishing calls and information about the event and leading a team of Organisers. Head-Organisers will be supported by and work together closely with the Board of EYP Austria.

This Call will remain open until Sunday, 2 April 2023, 23:59 CEST!
