We are hereby publishing the Selection Reports for Digital Session Chairpersons, Understanding Europe Trainers and Regional Session Organisers, which you can now find on the EYP AT Shared Drive.
In the middle of Austria’s second “hard” lockdown, the Board of EYP Austria had its third Physical Board Meeting (PBM), during which it discussed important matters. Advisory Board Members also attended.
As with all PBMs, a report has been compiled to inform our Members of the subjects talked about there, as well as the results of modules that will have a concrete impact on the organisation. So make sure to check out the report of PBM#3 to get an insight into the happenings of the Board and EYP Austria at large! Most notably the Board talked about Greenlight Requirements for our upcoming sessions, the old National Strategy 2016-2020 and the new National Strategy 2021-2025.
We are excited to announce that the call for Editorial Assistants and Media Team Members for our upcoming Digital Session (10 to 13 December for Officials) is now open! You can apply until this Sunday, 29 November 2020, 23:59 CET.
1-2 Editorial Assistants will work closely together with the Editor, leading the team and especially contributing a lot of creative input to the session, whilst 4-5 Media Team Members will be responsible for documenting the session through various means in order to create output which will help participants remember the session for years to come.

For one last time, the Board Members evaluated the state of the National Strategy 2016-2020 and documented the current situation in the National Strategy Report, which you can access here. With this, we would like to seize the opportunity to thank the respective Board Members of the years 2016-2020, who have been working relentlessly to fulfil the measures of the strategy. These Boards managed to partially fulfil 47% and fulfil 53% of all measures. We are very eager to take this success with us into the next year and the upcoming National Strategy 2021-25, which we will present to you in the course of the next few weeks. Look out for the opportunity to have your say by amending the measures of the new strategy!
This Friday, 20 November, 19:00 CET, we’re meeting digitally to discuss recent events and play Among Us within our new Community Space format.
The online meeting space for the event will be EYP Austria’s Discord server, meaning that only paying Members of EYP Austria can participate in the event. If you are a Member, but have no access to the Discord server, just reach out to any of the Board Members!
For those not so familiar with the game Among Us, it is somewhat similar to the popular Werewolf game. The premise of Among Us is quite simple: you are one of four to ten players on a spaceship. One to three of these players are Impostor(s) whose main goal is to kill and sabotage. The remainder of the players are part of the regular crew whose primary goal is to survive and complete their tasks.
If you intend to come, just indicate so via Facebook, by filling out our Google Form or just dropping a message on the Discord server.
