Call for Delegates – Cultural Forum 2019

We are excited to open the call for Delegates for EYP Austria’s First Cultural Forum, taking place around Riegersburg on 13-20 September 2019!

In keeping with its vision, the Cultural Forum will host Delegates from all over Europe as well as from rural regions of Austria. Overall, about 160 Delegates will be participating. The Cultural Forum is our biggest event in the last three years, lasting seven days for Delegates and including all typical elements of an EYP Session: Teambuilding, Com-mittee Work, one day of General Assembly, and diverse cultural programme. The participation fee for delegates is 170€.

Students from the age of 16 can apply to participate either as individual Delegates or in a delegation of 4 students from the same school. In the allocation of spots, delegations will be preferred over individual applicants.

To apply, please submit the application form to culturalforum.applications@eyp.at. Due to practical reasons, only PDF files will be considered. The deadline for applications is Sunday, 16 June 2019, 23:59. EYP Austria withholds the right to withdraw late applications.

You will be notified whether your application was successful after the deadline. Last-minute spots may be filled with Delegates applying after the deadline.
