Call for Wildcard for IS Trondheim & Røros 2017

Between 21-30 April 2017 the 84^rd International Session of the European Youth Parliament will take place in Trondheim & Røros (Norway). EYP Austria is proud to be able to send 8 delegates to this session. Due to a cancellation, one spot has just opened up, giving every Member of EYP Austria the chance to apply to attend an International Session for the first time. You will further be invited to EYP Austria's IS Delegation Training, to get to know the rest of your delegation and prepare for the session with guidance of experienced members of EYP Austria.

A Wild Card is aimed at Members of EYP Austria who have not been a Delegate at an International Session before but would like to represent their National Committee in Trondheim & Røros. Suitable candidates excel in their academic quality and have shown active involvement in our National Committee.

The application includes your session history and a motivational statement of up to 250 words, answering the questions "Why do you want to attend Trondheim & Røros 2017?" and "Why you would be suited to represent EYP Austria at this event?".

The selection panel will consist of EYP Austria's Member of the Board for Human Resources, Maria Köpping, and me, Samuel Hönle, as Member of the Board for International Relations. The selection will be based on the quality of the application and the balance of the delegation.
