Call for Organisers for the EYP Austria Members Weekend 2018

We are happy to open the Call for Organisers for the EYP Austria Members Weekend 2018, which will
take place from 25 – 27 May 2018!

EYP Austria’s annual Members Weekend brings together many different Members of the organisa-
tion for three days of diverse training modules and socialising events. It is our biggest training event

and offers learning opportunities in all fields of expertise that EYP relates to.
As an Organiser you will be involved in shaping the event all the way from the very early planning
stage until the event itself. It is a challenging, rewarding adventure that offers many opportunities

for learning and self-development along the way. It is your chance to take on responsibility, expe-
rience EYP Austria “behind the scenes”, propose and implement your own ideas and work in a

closely cooperating, motivated team of Organisers.
As organising the Members Weekend does not entail as much work as preparing a big session, the
Organising team will be able to dedicate more time to the little details that will make the Members
Weekend special. We are looking for people of various levels of experience to join the team. Tasks
include managing food, materials, and evening activities, and spreading joy.
We want to emphasise that this call is open to all EYPers regardless of their level of experience and
that we welcome both Austrian and international applicants.
We are very much looking forward to your applications and cannot wait to shape the Members
Weekend with you!
