Call for Media Team Members and Jury Members

It is with great delight that we declare the Call for Media Team Members and Jury Members for all our upcoming Regional Sessions in the academic year 2016/17 officially open! This year, EYP Austria is hosting a round of three three-day Regional Sessions:

• The RS Pannonia in Eisenstadt (15-17 December for Delegates)
• The RS Vienna in Vienna (16-18 February for Delegates)
• The RS Salzburg in Salzburg (24-26 February for Delegates)

Please note that the dates indicated above are the session dates for Delegates; Officials will be expected to arrive one day prior to the session for Officials’ Teambuilding and Training.

For the Media Teams, we are looking for creative and inspired individuals motivated to create and capture memories and contribute to the success and atmosphere at the Regional Sessions. Each session’s Media Team will consist of the Editor(s) along with one Editorial Assistant and a number of Journalists. The Editor(s) will be announced on the Facebook page of EYP Austria’s Regional Sessions shortly.

For the Juries, we need dedicated EYPers with a strong vision for what they are looking for in Delegates, willing to take on the great responsibility of selecting a new generation of Austrian EYPers. Juries will be composed of one Head of Jury and three additional Jury Members, one of whom will be a Member of the Board of EYP Austria to represent the National Committee’s interests and simplify communication and cooperation between EYP Austria and the Jury. Thus, two Jury Members per Regional Session will be selected following this call.
